The staff here is very helpful, not too pushy. Prices are only made reasonable by big sales. You won't really get a good deal here. They do have quality stuff though so I guess you get what you pay for in some instances.

Went on a Sat. to buy a couple suits. They had a special, buy 1 get 3 free. The associate, a guy with a pony tail, was nice enough but seemed unaware of their products so he spent a lot of time showing me internet shots of what was available. He did not have a tape measure to check my sizes, a red flag. I could only find 3 suits that would work for me so I asked if an overcoat could be substituted and he said "I don't see why not". So he went to the manager, a tall woman, who said "suits and sport coats only, just like the sign says" in a derogatory manner. Now let me tell you that the coat was marked $200 less than any of the suits. I had enough of the incompetence and left. JAB has lost a customer for now and forever.
